Reside MKT

MKT is a unique community in that its apartments span eight individual buildings. The property, set in the revitalized Market Street corridor in Wilmington, offers something for everyone right in the heart of a fun, up and coming neighborhood. MKT’s website was difficult to navigate and didn’t showcase the amenities available in each building well. Instead of trying to fit MKT into a cookie-cutter, single community website, we created a site that branded the community as a single entity, yet presented each building as its own community. The apartment search helps renters filter new construction apartment homes from vintage ones and walk-ups from buildings with elevators. The site design in fun and funky: just like MKT.
